Every other year, I host a group of guests to come to Tuscany with me and my dear yogi pals, Jenni Fox and Paul Gould. We spend a week in a glorious setting, starting the day with yoga, some breakfast, art in the landscape with surrounding inspiration, a beautiful lunch, more art, then finishing the work- day with meditation and restorative poses. Dinners on the terrace, prepared by our chef, make it the perfect week of soul and body, working in unison.
